WHITE HEAT (Firehouse) - Flame On
- Demo - 1988 - USA
Unreleased Demo track produced by Dana Strum & Mark Slaughter while they were in Vinnie Vincent's Invasion
to get White Heat signed. Of course the name change to Firehouse had to happen because of the Canadian White Heat.

PETE GOALBY - Easy With The Heartaches - Demo - 1990 - UK
Another demo track from the much in demand ex Trapeze/Uriah Heep vocalist.
Still very much missing in action from the release world. The track if anything
is another cry to beg him to return to the world of releasing quality music.

ROXANNE - My Girl -
Demo - 1988 - USA
Compared to the awesome Play That Funky Music cover version
I think this tune itself is quite horrible actually but for collectors
sake it's maybe worth a listen and maybe a giggle too.
And still very much in the Roxanne trademark style. |

AVION - Diamond Eyes - Album Track - 1983 - Australia
Album track of the month (that could also contend for Ballad of the Month) goes to Australia's Avion. Not widely known as a christian
band. Thru their two albums (s/t & White Noise) they impressed most melodic fans who heard them.
Both albums are again crying out for re-release on disc.

BENGAL TIGERS - Burning Up - B-Side - 1984 - Australia
After a few emails about the Melbourne metal pioneers I thought an encore performance
was in order for this month a b-side that also has not been referenced by cd release as yet. Get on with it Barney!

TYGERS OF PAN TANG - Lonely At The Top - Live - Reading Festival - 28-08-1982 - UK
NWOBH legends the Tygers of Pan Tang have been around the block more than a few times
and here they still actually had hair. The Cage certainly still gets a play here even if it is only still on vinyl.
